These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the zzh88 platform and all associated services. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By accessing zzh88, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. zzh88 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify zzh88 immediately via Live Chat if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
You must provide truthful and accurate personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any Balance held.
Each individual player is permitted to hold one Account only. Where zzh88 identifies multiple accounts operated by the same individual — whether through shared device, IP address, payment method or personal details — all duplicate accounts will be suspended. Any balances within duplicate accounts may be confiscated and the player may be permanently excluded from the platform.
zzh88 conducts identity verification in line with its KYC obligations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address and payment method verification documents before any withdrawal is processed or upon request. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in Account restriction or closure.
All funds deposited into your zzh88 Account must originate from a payment source held legally in your own name. zzh88 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources or anonymous funding methods unless explicitly approved.
Minimum deposit amounts may vary by payment method. Current minimums are displayed on the cashier page within your Account. Amounts are referenced in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) equivalent for user convenience, though actual conversion and settlement terms are governed by the Platform's cashier at the time of transaction.
zzh88 displays familiar Pakistani payment references — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual information to assist Pakistani players in understanding available funding channels. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. zzh88 reserves the right to request alternative withdrawal methods where the original method is unavailable or where anti-money-laundering obligations require it.

If an Account remains inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more, zzh88 may apply an inactivity administration fee to the Account Balance as disclosed in the cashier. Players will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied.
zzh88 offers a range of promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which include wagering requirements, game contribution percentages, minimum deposit thresholds, maximum bet restrictions while a bonus is active, and expiry dates.

Detection of any such behaviour will result in immediate forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account suspension.
zzh88 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are generally available to eligible players only and may be subject to geographic restrictions, Account verification requirements or minimum activity thresholds.
All bets placed on zzh88 are subject to the specific game and sport rules applicable to each product. These rules are accessible within the relevant game or betting market. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these general Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail for that specific product.
zzh88 reserves the right to limit, refuse or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including without limitation where: a bet is placed in error, odds are published incorrectly due to a technical fault, the relevant event has already commenced at the time of bet placement, or suspicious betting patterns are detected.
Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments and other sports markets are subject to the applicable sports rules as published within the sportsbook. In-play bets are accepted subject to data feed accuracy and zzh88 reserves the right to void in-play bets placed during data feed interruptions.
In the event of a game or system malfunction, zzh88 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at its sole discretion. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is a standard principle applied across all gaming products on the platform. Technical issues caused by the player's own device or internet connection do not entitle the player to a refund.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply across all betting and gaming products. PKR reference amounts are displayed in the cashier and game interfaces for Pakistani players' convenience. The Platform's base currency and applicable exchange rates govern actual settlement.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the zzh88 platform without prior written consent from zzh88.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zzh88 and its officers, directors, employees and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, errors in odds or game outcomes, or losses arising from reliance on information published on the platform.
zzh88's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit zzh88's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
zzh88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting Live Chat support. Where an Account is closed at a player's own request with a positive Real Money Balance remaining, zzh88 will process a withdrawal of eligible funds to the player's registered payment method subject to satisfactory KYC completion.
zzh88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, zzh88 will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction. Any disputes not resolved through zzh88's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

If a complaint cannot be resolved internally, it may be escalated through the dispute resolution mechanism provided by the licensing jurisdiction.
